Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily functions of a busy office environment. Your work ensures smooth office operations by coordinating supplies, handling deliveries, maintaining equipment, and assisting with employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for a highly organized and customer-service-focused individual who enjoys working in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Package, weigh, ship, and receive all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assemble and distribute new hire welcome packages, including technology and onboarding materials
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and process purchase orders as needed
- Submit and track work orders for facilities issues and repairs
- Help coordinate internal employee events and community outreach initiatives
- Monitor and schedule maintenance for office equipment
- Communicate with internal staff, couriers, and third-party vendors
- Move packages and supplies between office floors using dollies or push carts
- Provide administrative support across departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests across departments
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong customer service orientation with a team-focused mindset
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds

The base pay range for this position is $20-22/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
