Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our construction team. This individual will be responsible for processing vendor invoices efficiently, coordinating with our Operations Center in Dallas, and ensuring all payables are properly coded and documented for timely payment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in construction accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review the invoice email inbox daily, coding invoices line by line to appropriate cost codes and contract numbers
- Coordinate invoice submissions and approvals with the Operations Center in Dallas to ensure smooth payment workflows
- Utilize Bill Pro to input, track, and manage invoices and payables
- Ensure all invoices have accurate contract numbers and job cost coding prior to processing
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience; construction industry preferred
- Strong understanding of lien waivers, pay estimates, and retainage processes in construction
- Proficiency with Bill Pro or similar construction accounting software is highly desired

The base salary range for this position is $23-– $25/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
