Job Description
This temporary Accounting Clerk role will be responsible for reconciling a high-volume bank account with a variety of transactions, ensuring accuracy between bank activity and the general ledger. The position requires attention to detail in identifying variances, along with strong Excel skills and prior experience working with accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile high-volume bank accounts (lockbox, wires, checks, ACH)
- Identify and document variances between bank activity and the general ledger
- Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, sorting, filtering) for reconciliation tasks
- Assist with accounts receivable accuracy and discrepancy resolution
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient Excel Skills (v-look-ups, formulas, etc)
- 2+ years Accounts Receivable experience
- High attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is $41,600 – $49,920, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
