Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations. In this role, you will support day-to-day financial operations for a water treatment services company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and looking for long-term growth within a stable company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and enter vendor bills and generate customer invoices in QuickBooks
- Perform bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain and track Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare reports and assist with month-end closing tasks
- Support internal departments with accounting documentation and inquiries
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a service or industrial setting
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop
- Solid understanding of AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $45,700–$52,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
