Job Description
This Hardin County manufacturing company is hiring within their office division. In this accounting role, it will involve Accounts Receivables, Payables, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice and payment processing
- Record keeping, lots of data entry utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Reconciliations
- Invoicing and payment collections
- Discrepancy Resolutions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-year previous experience (on the same job) in a similar accounting role
- Prior experience with both Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Prior experience with invoices, compliance, financial reporting
- Computer skills involving Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
