Job Description
In this position, you will need to keep accurate financial records, help identify cost-saving opportunities and support the team by analyzing expenses and performance. You’ll work closely with operations to reconcile accounts, manage fixed assets, and track financial trends. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail will help you provide clear, helpful financial insights. Experience with accounting processes and a solid understanding of budgets will be key.
Responsibilities:
- Balance general ledger accounts, addressing and correcting variances
- Manage fixed asset records, including year-end audits and capital project tracking
- Prepare financial reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Perform budget-to-actual analysis and provide insights on variances
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 + years’ recent experience will full accounting processes
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP

The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$85,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
