As a valued employee of The Reserves Network (TRN), we wanted to take this opportunity to communicate the best practices we are exercising in regards to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19:

  • If you feel sick, stay home. Call your local Reserves Network office, we will work with customers to ensure no one will get in trouble for attendance.
  • If you have traveled to posted high-risk areas, please let our staff know.
  • We will also be working with our customers to communicate heightened sanitation practices at the work site. All employees should follow posted guidelines.

Additionally we request that all employees follow these Basic Protective Measures as provided by the World Health Organization:

Practice respiratory hygiene.

Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Dispose of the used tissue immediately.

Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.

Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick.

Wash your hands frequently.

Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water, or clean them with an alcohol-based hand rub.

Maintain social distancing.

Keep at least three (3) feet of distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
