Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, the best possible customer satisfaction to the organization’s customers is by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing and tracing orders, and resolving billing issues, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer telephone calls. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in the analysis of production problems and logging customer calls and orders.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers.
- Prepare all assigned reports and correspondence accurately and on time.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems and complaints regarding products, services, billing, applications, etc.
- Create and maintain customer files.
- Enter all required information into the computer systems to create and maintain the customer database.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requires a High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant phone voice and good communication skills.
- Strong Computer skills

The base salary range for this position is $25-27 per hour excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
