As a valued client and partner of The Reserves Network (TRN), we wanted to take this opportunity to apprise you of our efforts with respect to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.

TRN’s priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, families, and the communities in which we live and work. With news and information changing quickly, we are continually assessing real time information and following information from the CDC and other authorities. Our values of Flexibility and Adaptability have never been tested more than today.

Per the CDC, we have informed both our internal and external employees that they should be following these guidelines:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Stay home when they are sick
  • Cover their cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe
  • Wash their hands often

We have advised our temporary/contract employees about how to take care of themselves, protect others, and monitor the latest developments. We also have encouraged our temporary workers to keep up-to-date on developments by visiting the CDC’s COVID-19 and FAQ web pages.

We understand that TRN employees are held to any client-specific policies and/or work rules. We trust that you are advising your employees similarly and that you will apply the same safety policies and procedures to TRN’s employees that you apply to your own. We are urging our clients about the importance of sick employees staying home and encouraging you to develop non-punitive leave policies. Accounting for higher rates of short- and long-term absences from the workplace, some clients are offering employees additional work, overtime opportunities, and flexible work schedules. We have implemented improved cleaning and sanitation practices in our facilities and trust you have as well.

While we remain focused on the health and safety of our work communities during these uncertain times, please know we are fully dedicated to helping your business. We are committed to partnering with you and delivering the services and excellence you’ve come to expect from The Reserves Network. We are taking the necessary steps to avoid disruptions of service to our clients including remote access capabilities and contingency plans for critical operations.

Keeping QualityReliability and Dependability in mind, we stand ready to assist you in navigating this public health challenge and furthering the well-being of all employees. Please let us know if we can help you staff any immediate openings, and do not hesitate to reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns.

Regards,

Neil Stallard
