The Reserves Network, a regional staffing service for the office, industrial, professional and technical markets, has been selected as one of Northeast Ohio’s Top Workplaces for the fifth time.
In partnership with The Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Top Workplaces program is run by workplace consultant WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, and is driven by their mission statement: “The most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in.”
Companies were selected based off employees’ feedback of their company. The job satisfaction surveys measured: engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. Results from around 42,000 Greater Cleveland employees indicates that factors such as pay and benefits are not as important as intangible benefits, such as believing in a company’s mission and feeling appreciated for their contributions. Healthy organizations thrive on employees who feel fulfilled and connected to their workplace and support their company’s business goals and roadmap to get there.
“We are humbled to be recognized alongside a list of 149 esteemed businesses in Northeast Ohio,” says Cindy Torres Essell, vice president of human resources. “The best part of their award is that it is a direct reflection of our Northeast Ohio employees’ sentiments of TRN.”
Accolade recipients were divided into three categories (small, midsize and large) based on their number of employees, placing TRN in the small workplace category. The Reserves Network was also recognized as a Top Workplace in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
