Job Description
- Develop, maintain and increase customer relationships in branch territory.
- Perform weekly marketing calls and garner weekly appointments.
- Meet/exceed performance expectations for billable hours and GP$’s.
- Organize weekly marketing efforts utilizing territory plan sheets.
- Provide customized information for proposal generation; close business making use of the sales call plan.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach and follow a strategic market plan to develop new business.
- Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B capacity in a service industry.
- 2 or 4 year College Degree or equivalent business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, self-manager who can lead and achieve sales goals.
- Self-starter to develop creative ways of obtaining business.
